📈 3 Days, 3 New Members In The Community
I launched a new community this week. I have run two communities for a long time, this one is a fresh new offer. What I did differently this time, I kept the community light, not spending hours in planning classrooms. I prepped the basics and opened the doors. Very scary for me as I'm kind of perfectionist... Then I did the simple work: real conversations with people I know throughout skool. 👉 The result: 3 days in, 3 new paying members. I'm really happy that I started it messy, I feel still terrible on how there are so many things missing in that community but I'm glad I took the steps. The next step is to keep showing up with the 2 things any skooler needs to do: - Find members - Serve members Which I have been reminded recently by 1 amazing skoolers: @Matthew Thompson It is also something @Jenna Ostrye has been telling for quite some time as well I'm good at and I really prefer the "Serve members" part but I'm committed to do the "Find members" daily as well.

@Kevin Suarez Sabugo Good question. The pivot came from the fact that so I found that the marketing seems to work better as an entry offer, with coaching as the upsell… rather than the other way round. It’s a subtle shift, but required enough of a change in messaging that it made sense to create a new brand.

@Kevin Suarez Sabugo Just observations. Almost everyone I have spoken to about it has either been interested, or become a client... that's even before I started promoting or have a website. Whereas with coaching, I find myself spending a lot of time trying to communicate the benefits of coaching, and educating people as to what it includes. Writing +designing websites, socials and emails... entrepreneurs instantly understand the benefits as it's something many are already struggling to either stay consistent with, or do well. Does that makes?
