🚀New Video: Fable 5 Just Built Me a Business With One Prompt
I gave Claude Fable a single goal prompt: build me a complete company from scratch, starting with nothing but the open internet. A few hours later I had a real product, a landing page, two launch videos, a founder video, a business plan, and market research, all built by hundreds of subagents that Fable planned, delegated, and reviewed. In this video I walk through everything it produced and break down the exact prompt that made it happen.

@Nigel Vargas I'm ready for it, I managed people and ... it's so overrated :)

@Robert Douglas Did you watch the video? I did. As I understand, he gave it no files ("Start with nothing but the open internet") except for master-prompt.md
🚀New Video: How I Make Opus Think Like Fable (5 easy steps)
Fable 5 is going back behind subscriptions at some point, so I've been focused on keeping its process instead of its intelligence. In this video I walk through how to extract the way Fable works into a skill that makes Opus 4.8 feel elevated, how to actually use effort levels, and how to set up a simple model routing table so cheaper models handle the work they're capable of.

🏆 Weekly Wins Recap | June 27 – July 3
From $40K AI projects and first clients to custom CRMs, AI operating systems, and production-ready automations, another week inside AIS+ proved that consistent building keeps creating opportunities. 🚀 Standout Wins of the Week inside AIS+ 👉 @Kobe Shemesh closed a $40K upfront AI project after refining his Claude Code workflow, proving that small improvements in execution can create massive business results. 👉 @Galyn Fergerson landed her first client just 6 days into AIS+, turning a discovery call into a $750 AI OS project before even finishing the automation course. 👉 @Girish Mohan built an AI Scrum Master that now prioritizes his calendar, tasks, and deals automatically—helping him execute every day with more focus. 👉 William Rendall was promoted to AI Workstream Strategy Lead less than three months after joining AIS+, crediting the community for accelerating his growth. 👉 Diane McCracken celebrated her 100th Claude Code session at 68 years old, showing that curiosity and consistency matter far more than experience. ⸻ 🎥 Super Win Spotlight | @Ahmad Abd Alkarim Ahmad joined AIS+ with years of leadership experience but wanted a better way to turn ideas into action. Today, his custom AI Operating System helps him manage projects, analyze business problems, and support his team without slowing anyone down. His biggest lesson? Don't just watch. Build. Practice. Share what you learn. That's where the real return comes from. 🎥 Watch Ahmad's story 👇 ✨ Every week, members are turning ideas into systems, skills into businesses, and momentum into real opportunities. wow just wow, you people are on fire. Diane McCracken is my personal favorite this week: age is just a number!
How do you query your AIOS from your phone/other devices?
I’m currently building my AIOS. I actually pushed it to Level 3 so I could access the course, so I’d really appreciate it if you could engage with this post. 😊 My question is about accessing my AIOS from my phone. I know the primary way to use it is on a computer through an IDE, but what if I just want to quickly ask something about my second brain or retrieve information from my AIOS while I’m away from my desk? I also have a desktop and a MacBook, and I’d like to keep the same AIOS synced across both. I’m wondering about my knowledge base itself (my Markdown files in Obsidian). What’s the most practical way to query everything from a mobile device? Would the best approach be to store everything in a GitHub repository? If so, how would you actually chat with that repository from your phone? Or is it better to create custom cloud MCPs (or other connectors) so Claude can access my AIOS directly? I’m curious how everyone here handles this. What’s your mobile workflow for querying your AIOS or personal knowledge base?

I will be interested in responses to this question because I have a similar dilemma per my post (https://www.skool.com/ai-automation-society/triggerdev-versus-routines?p=347f73c9). Put another way, what's best practice to convert a local workflow/EA/AIOS into workflow with multi-device access? I'm comfortable with local deployment but I work from 3 locations (home PC, office PC, laptop) so I'm interested in best practice. My preference is to use a private GitHub but the issue with that seems to be credentials (as i understand, I could push credentials but it is not advised).
trigger.dev versus Routines
I'm working on my virtual Executive Assistant (Day 7 capstone #AISChallenge) which will include a daily Scheduled Task. On Day 6, I used Windows' Task Scheduler which is really cool but ... my PC has to be turned on for that. But I work from different locations/machines. Ergo, I don't want a local only solution. On Day 4, we deployed to trigger.dev, which was great. But i notice there's also Claude Routines (https://code.claude.com/docs/en/routines) I'm curious what the experienced builders are using to schedule Claude workflows? trigger.dev vs routines vs other? Thanks for any insight!
