Hey everyone! 👋 Just wondering if Conversational Flow or Multi-Prompt agents are the way to go in Retell AI. Use case would be an AI receptionist that books appointments, reschedules/cancels, answers questions, etc. What do you think?

Hey guys, just a quick technical question for Retell. Is it better to have all of the possible scenarios stem from the welcome prompt with transitions, or should I have the welcome prompt and then separate global nodes for each possible scenario (e.g. User wants to book appt. global node, User wants to reschedule appt. global node, User has questions about service global node, etc)

In terms of AI receptionists for businesses (dental clinics, spas, real estate brokerages, lawyer offices, etc), why would a business owner choose to hire an AI receptionist if they are already paying an in-person receptionist that can pretty much do everything the AI receptionist can do + handle in-person interactions?
