Jump vs. Zocks vs. GReminders... Which are you using, and Why?
Hi everyone, looking for real-world feedback and details about which notetaker your firm is using and why. We're at a large BD that has these 3 as the only approved options. I've been testing Jump and Zocks off and on for the past 6 months but haven't pulled the trigger yet on either. I had originally been leaning towards Jump due to their Insights, but Zocks seems like the summaries are more thorough, and a UI that makes more sense to me. Zocks also pulls in email content as a meeting prep source and now integrates with Holistiplan too, which is a big win for us. We have a team of 9 advisors, 10 client service associates, and 4 admin. We use Wealthbox, RightCapital, and Holistiplan. Would love to hear your experiences!

@Joe Moss Thanks, I should have better noted that I was only joking around. :)
Cybersecurity Tech Stack - VPN Needed?
Currently we are using RIAWorkspace for IT and Microsoft Defender/Advisor Armor for cybersecurity. What are other operators using and does your stack include a VPN? I'm also down to Dashlane, 1Password, and Keeper for a PW management tool. What has been the group's experience with these?

@Andrew Morales We also use RIAWorkspace and Advisor Armor (which we had before joining RIAWorkspace). In a recent systems review call with RIAWorkspace we were assured that continuing to subscribe to Advisor Armor is duplicative to the services they provide. This may go well with your question of having VPN for an extra level of security - but do you plan to keep your Advisor Armor subscription? I am also a big fan of 1Password for personal and professional use. Personally it is great to share information in a group vault for other family members. Professionally I love the Chrome plug-in that allows me to auto-populate passwords for commonly visited sites.
Wealthbox - Email Broadcasts
Hi! We recently sent out an email broadcast (in batches of the recommended 100); however, we still had a number of failed emails which seems to be due to the M365 "throttle" limits of 30 messages per minute. Has anyone had success with sending bulk emails out of Wealthbox?

Kristen, we are able to send bulk emails out of Wealthbox. We had to work with our MSP to increase our daily email settings inside of our Microsoft account. This quickly gets outside of my expertise, but those limits are there to prevent your (our) emails from being flagged as spam by other email servers - but when they increased our daily email allotment we haven't had any problems using Wealthbox email broadcasts. Good luck!
Looking for VoIP Provider Recommendations
Happy Monday!! We're reevaluating our current VoIP provider (Vonage) and would love to hear what others are using. Looking for something reliable, good call quality, easy to manage. Would appreciate any feedback on what’s worked (or hasn’t) for your firm. Thank you!

We are currently using Intulse and are very happy with their phone call platform - we have been told they are working to improve their SMS messaging platform which can use some updates. Would strongly suggest staying away from Simplii - would be happy to share details, but the short story is they fell far short of what was promised during the sales process and made it extremely difficult to leave. I did really like Intulse's process which includes trying out any new system with a dummy phone number so that you can ensure a seamless transfer with your existing number - would recommend doing this no matter which provider anyone considers switching to.
Greminders vs Calendly?
Happy Friday, y'all! I've been using Calendly for years, but haven't integrated it into Wealthbox. It's worked well... Considering a move to Greminders instead of trying to duct-tape together something with Calendly + Zapier + Wealthbox Anyone made the switch? Have any feedback? Also, I think - based on what I've seen - that Greminders might be able to also replace Knudge for automated client tasks like inviting them to schedule their 6 month strategy meeting or requesting their tax return annually, etc. through their automations: https://www.greminders.com/product/automations Welcome any thoughts or feedback from anyone using Greminders for scheduling, automations/client tasks & reminders, and integration with Wealthbox. Thanks!

We are using GReminders with integration to Wealthbox and have found it very useful in improving our client scheduling workflow and having the software take care of meeting reminders for clients. They have several other automations we haven't gotten into using yet. I really like that I can build out "bulk sends" to clients based on how we have them organized in Wealthbox for annual meetings and other specific meeting types in our service calendar. We are also current users of Knudge and Thyme - looking to move away from Knudge at our next renewal date. Knudge has done a good job for us for several years but think we can bundle what they do into Thyme (or GReminders).
