Incline Bench Angle Question:
Does the bench angle have an effect on muscle activation? Example: bench setting of 4 results in an about a 45 degree angle. Bench setting of 3 results in a 33 degree angle. Which setting is recommended if you want to focus on chest? Experimenting with it today as I have always been a “4” guy.

Yes it does... I like to work in progressions - start with 15 degree and work out to 30 degree. If you want to build a strong upper chest, and create that "barrel" look then I would stick to 15 and 30 degree variations. I tend to do flat bench once a month.

@Jason Chiusolo of course. The higher the angle the more you work your shoulders. Still a chest movement, however the secondary on the shoulders is more prominent.
