The numbers don't say it all, it's also about the quality of how they're processing claims, which sucks! I've had to do so many higher level reviews and supplemental claims because of their incompetence. They waste so much taxpayers' money on unnecessary C&P exams and FedEx overnight deliveries, it's ridiculous! It costs them more paying for all of the medical appointments than it would just to just pay the vet an increase in their disability. I had a C & P exam last week and the doctor told me that she flies from Baltimore to Hartford once a week to do these exams and they pay for it. Well, actually, the taxpayers do. I actually had to reach out to Senator Warren's office for assistance, because the VA was being so unresponsive to me. Once they got involved, the VA acknowledged that they made three duty to assist errors and overturned my last denial. I have another C&P exam this Sunday. All the information they need to make a decision in my case is already in my records and there is no need for another C&P exam, yet here we are wasting time and taxpayers dollars... again. I get amazing medical care from the Springfield VA clinic, the Northampton VA, and the MOVE program, but the disability claims process...👎
