Flex: respected my body and haven’t ran since Monday after my marathon. Doing 6 miles tomorrow, steady.

A local 10k race tomorrow. Treating it as a training run as it’s my first run after my marathon. Will be a steady run at an easy pace.

Rocket 5K
I completed a 5k race at the Milton Keynes marathon weekend, didn’t intend to get a PB but was mostly downhill! Time to chill and attempt my first marathon tomorrow! Very scared haha no real time goals in mind just going to enjoy it and take it steady.
