Rock climbed today, Rossy clutched up with some excellent pointers on how to perform a back flip. After less than twenty minutes of practice I got it.

Challenge for over Easter break and today
Challenge for over Easter breakkkkk Hellooooooooooooooooooooooo everybodyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy this is for the days I missed over break, and I have some bad news I can't run because of my hip flexor I am in a lot of pain anytime I try to run, so i won't be running for the rest of the challenge. @Kody Hull @Bruno Errejon @Sparsh Bhimt
