Hi Chris I was at men's group so I was unable to attend. I feel my walk with God is getting stronger. My gratitude towards God and all he does is building and I feel really good about it. I am learning to identify some of my triggers and that also feels great. I am really happy with life understanding how much I am loved by Jesus how much he has done for us. How loving and compassionate he is and all I really have to do Is trust in him. God bless you and all my brothers and sisters here.

@Christopher Friesen yeah exactly that's a good one I'm just trying to process when I do have those moments. Baby steps I guess I can rehearse but when it comes into play it's not quite what I had envisioned

Childhood Wiring
