How we blew up our coaching & events biz
You might not know this, but I run Clients On Automation with my business partner @Dave Mutter . Dave and I have known each other since we were born. He lived on the street next to mine... And what we figured out early on in life is that the power of 2 brains is better than 1. Because your brain can only filter a very specific amount of information at one time. And this causes Blind Spots to appear. You see, the mind lives in delusion. Our egos convince us that we know it all in most areas of our life. Then we get smashed by a car in our "Blind Spot" as we drive down the road. Because we uncover a problem that we didn't see as we move forward. Which is why we ALL have "Blind Spots" when it comes to growing our coaching businesses. So when Dave and I learnt about the concept of blind spots within the brain? It changed everything. For example: We grew our consultancy business so fast because every pitch we would do... we would give each other feedback and refine it over and over again. Each time we did it got better and better. This is the journey of life as you become more successful: You keep uncovering bigger problems, resolve them, and then move forward. Likewise... When it came to launching our events, I sucked at making pitches to begin with. But I had Dave giving me feedback on the pitch and within months it was so fine-tuned... We became one of the largest UK providers of personal development events. Point being… Finding our Blind Spots has never failed to deliver massive breakthroughs for our business. That's why this Saturday... I'm opening up my calendar for a Business Building Q&A Session

Introduction
Hi everyone, I am so excited to be sharing this journey with you all. I am from Birmingham in the United Kingdom, spent 18 years in the Royal Air Force and then took on a coaching role which I loved. I then ran my own company as a business coach until 2005 when I succumbed to Chronic Fatigue Syndrome which poleaxed me over night. Spent 6 months bedbound and then 2 years in a wheelchair. I now feel I have recovered sufficiently to take up the coaching mantle again.

@Ellie Jones I love entrepreneurs' mindset, and I love coaching, so I find it a great fit 😀 What did you do in the Navy?
Introducing myself
Hello everyone. A few doors closed for me recently and I thought "what might be the boldest move I could do moving forward?" How about facing all my self limiting beliefs and growing into my highest potential while helping as many as I can along the way? JC sais it so awesome: it's a journey of ever becoming the next greater version of myself. Excited to be here and get going.
