What's up guys I'm Dave. I've been in the health and fitness field since 1982, as a fitness instructor, gym manager, self-employed personal trainer, studio owner, licensed physical therapist assistant, D1 and NFL strength and conditioning coach, and now online business operator. In 1980 I saw Mike Mentzer guest pose and give a seminar at the 1st ever Miss Olympia contest, and have been a disciple of his ever since. I was fortunate enough to meet him, have him train me, and speak to him on the phone many times before his passing. Some of you might remember my 1st website, High Intensity Nation. My current website is Strength After 50 .com. When I'm not working I enjoy watching sports, reading, and traveling somewhere that has mountains (I live in Florida). Nice to 'meet' everybody!
