Morning journal
June 30, 2026. Today’s theme is clarity: I’m reminded that this day like every day is the most important because it’s the only one I can control. I’ve built 181 straight days of training, and each day has reinforced that consistency is king. This morning, I knocked out my 800 meters of lunges tough but satisfying. I’m keeping my low back and core strong because that foundation keeps me injury-free. Afterward, I took time to pray grounding myself beyond the physical—and read 10 pages to keep my mind sharp. This journal entry is part of that daily reflection, keeping me accountable. The Morris Method System is taking shape, and I’m fully H.Y.P.R.R. focused: How I serve people, keeping my vision, trusting the process, measuring results, and always choosing the right response. “WORK” is my bottom line. I maximize, outwork, and repeat daily. I’m living by the 4-6 A-B +2 = Fly Fast mindset, and I know the only way forward is to keep showing up, because today is always the most important day.

@Seth Morris Love this bro and how you articulated everything. I got fired up just reading it to be honest. Sounds like you have a very solid and intentional regimen to your morning. You probably wake up before sunrise too as well. What book are you currently reading?

@Seth Morris dang man 1 am? 🕐 that’s early. You are a different kind of guy man. I always love seeing people do extraordinary things outside of the norm. The book sounds dope and you’re learning to be of better service which is honorable. I’m currently reading the Tao te Ching. Diving into eastern philosophy deeply lately.
my small win
Hello guys, today while I was listening to a podcast, I learned two things. he said: 1. I've learned giving speech, by watching people who screw up their speech. I ask myself: what led up to that thing and what can I do to prevent it to happen? 2. Change is everything, and it starts by pushing yourself out of your comfort zone.

@Aria Vazifeh Amazing ambitions bro! Love how you are aiming for becoming the world champ in Kyokushin Karate. How long have you been competing and what inspired you to choose this specific discipline? Martial arts always fascinated me. Now, that I'm expanding even more, getting up in age, and diving really deep into eastern philosophy things like kung fu and more flowy less harmful arts are becoming even more appealing. I currently like kickboxing but, having some ways to NOT strike someone would be cool too lol.
