Collections in NJ
Anyone familiar with the differences on collections in the state of NJ or where I might start looking to make sure I have the correct info in my letters?

Disputing
When you factually dispute, do you want to send each CRA the incorrect info from the other 2 CRAs? I.E. Like how an open date is not the same for all 3? My thoughts are that if you send each bureau the info for all 3 they will just all make the same date or update instead of delete? Any help would be great!

As I understood it, when you dispute it tell them what is incorrect, like state that the date opened is incorrect and therefore it must be deleted. Do not tell them exactly what to correct but what is incorrect and what you want them to do with it. Like you said, if you tell them that date of Dec 5th is incorrect and they look at the bureaus and the other 2 say Dec 15th then they just change it and validate it. This is what I understood as it pertains, hope that helps some.

Anybody familiar with the Bilt card?
Myfico recommended that I might try out the Bilt card, I was wondering if any of you had the card or might provide a review/experiences with it? TIA
