Hi everyone, I’m Daragh — I’m 23. I’m here less from a place of searching, and more from wanting to stabilise what I’ve already been living into. Over the last few years I’ve spent a lot of time paying attention to how awareness actually lands in the body, how identity reorganises, and what helps things integrate rather than escalate. What’s drawn me here is the emphasis on embodiment and grounding — not chasing experiences, but learning how to live coherently with what’s already present. I’m mostly here to listen, learn, and participate where it feels natural. Looking forward to being in the space with you all.
