Just this month, a wholesaler almost got dragged into a federal case because the people who brought him a deal were committing fraud. 😳 Here’s the kicker: He didn’t even sign a JV agreement — and that saved him. If he had, he could’ve been legally liable right alongside the fraudsters. This is exactly why I’ve been preaching loud and clear: ❌ I do NOT JV. ✅ I work strictly by Assignment of Contract. today was my first day actually starting this. i cold called 135 leads. got many NO’s, got yelled at, phone lines are disconnected… how do i stay motivated about cold calling? i have 1.5k leads left to call. this is definitely not going to be easy. aiming for 250 calls tmr. but lost a bit of motivation due to overthinking if my leads are bad
