Hey guys I’m Danny. Live in London. I work a number of self employed jobs and starting up my own businesss. So either have no free time or lots of free time. So keeping consistent with fitness can be tough. My fitness goal atm is to get back to a fit and healthy level, lose the gut so I’m ready to push on and build some extra muscle. Fave food: curry, or pizza, or chicken fried rice, or, I just like food… partly why I need to lose this gut. Fave hobby: travelling and cooking. Nice one Brook! look forward to seeing everyone’s progress. Let’s smash it!
