Hey! I’m really glad you like it The program is a combination of my favorite strength exercises with a twist to keep your heart rate slightly elevated during the workout for extra cardio and fitness gains whilst still building size.

Gauntlet plank time
The Gauntlet challenge 1 min 6 secs. I think I could've gone a little bit more but I'm already achy from swimming. I look forward to seeing my finish time at the end of the challenge. BFit 4 Life! 💪💪
