Yeah, that’s really normal early on. Legs tend to be the slowest to recover, especially while your body’s still adapting to the volume. The fact recovery is already getting a bit quicker week to week is exactly what we want to see. Stick with it, keep the sessions at a sensible effort, and that soreness-to-recovery gap will keep shrinking. You’re on the right track. I am building the recovery section for you guys at the moment it will be here soon 😃
