New customer service strategy just dropped! Thought you guys would find this funny. I have done this a few times now and it was worked every time. In this case, I had a really unreasonable customer - they ordered A5 without it expecting to be so small, despite the size being advertised. They refused my offer of being sent another one at a discount and are insistent on being offered a free refund, despite it saying in my policies i cant refund for change of mind. I normally save this for after a bit of back and forth if they really aren't being reasonable. As you can see in the image, it does work π
