Assalam o Alaikum everyone, Main aap sab ke saath ek personal experience share karna chahta hoon. Kuch arsa pehle tak meri namaz mein bhi focus barqarar nahi rehta tha. Namaz ke dauran zehan bar bar bhatak jata tha, aur namaz ke baad aisa feel hota tha jaise bohat mushkil se ibadat complete ki ho — ek heavy aur thakan jaisa ehsaas hota tha. Lekin jab se maine namaz ke alfaaz ka tarjuma samajhna shuru kiya hai, sab kuch change ho gaya. Ab mujhe pata hota hai ke main apne Rab se kya baat kar raha hoon aur Allah mujhe kya samjha raha hai. Is awareness ki wajah se namaz mein focus bhi behtar hua hai aur sukoon bhi milne laga hai. Jab insaan samajh kar ibadat karta hai, to connection sirf routine nahi rehta, balki real feeling ban jata hai. Hum sab Muslim hain, success ke liye knowledge bhi seekh rahe hain aur communities bhi join kar rahe hain, lekin apni namaz ko samajhne aur improve karne par utni tawajju nahi dete. Agar hum daily sirf 10 minutes nikaal kar ek lafz ya ek ayat ka meaning samajhna shuru kar dein, to namaz ka level bilkul change ho sakta hai.
