Do you think creativity can be a healing practice? 🎨
I've been thinking about this a lot lately and I want to hear your thoughts. Do you think creativity — art journaling, mixed media, music, making things — can actually be a healing practice? Or is that giving it too much credit? For me personally, creativity has been one of the most powerful ways I've processed emotions, reconnected with myself, and moved through hard seasons. But I'm curious what you think. Has creativity ever felt like healing for you? Or does it feel more like just a hobby or outlet? 👇🏽 Let's talk about it 🎨

Yes, I love being creative. I find it therapeutic, a place to find peace. A way to express yourself when sometimes you don't have words to. And I think having an outlet is healing. Allowing yourself to let go of things that you may otherwise hold on to, can be very healing.
