Bio: Hello! I started my VSA journey on March 1, 2024 and haven’t looked back! I am loving the strength gains and am working on flexibility!

Bio: Mom of 2 daughters, 2 dogs and 3 kittens. Pre-K Speech Path. Yoga Teacher. Vegan since May 2021. Joined VSA August 2023.
