45 Nutrition and staying hydrated is always a struggle. I get enough protein but need more fruits & veggies. My goal is to build as much muscle/strength as possible when I am at the gym and maintain most of it when I’m not. I find it hard to motivate myself when I’m not doing classes. I’ve been working out for approx 10 years
