very interesting, definitely seems like the leanest way to do it. kind of like uber, they don't own the cars or drives, they just own the brand and tech that connects the people to the cars... but then the issue is fulfillment, do people need to partner with grows before... then what happens when you want to license and have your own grow ... then becomes a quality issue, you have people following for one strain grown by a fulfiller, then you have to maintain that quality after.

Compliance for Cali Based ECOM THCa

I found distributors and brands that are willing to ship to my B2B customers. I just handle the marketing and sales. But compliance and due diligence is not clear as customers will be ordering through my site. Do I need to do additional supplier verification? Where can I find the regulations on how each package needs to be shipped so I can request that from the supplier? Ex. Does each strain need to come with COA? Even if it’s a B2B wholesale order?
