I build a Proposal generator & CRM integration. Easy to COPY
A proposal shouldn’t take 30 minutes... but in logistics, it often becomes a chain of tiny tasks that quietly eats hours every month Find the old proposal -> copy it -> replace the customer information > update the price -> change the services -> check that you didn’t leave the previous customer’s details somewhere -> send it -> save it on ur device and hope nobody missed a field....... do this repeatedly and the real cost isn’t just 2–8 hours per month. it’s the mistakes: Wrong price. Old customer information. Missing services. a proposal sitting in someone’s drafts while the customer is waiting that’s where automation makes a difference. Step 1: create your own proposal generator that turns this into a simple workflow Set the required fields once: > client information > price > services > company information Set a proposal structure template Then the system automatically: > creates the proposal > sends it to the customer for signing > saves a copy on ur device Step 2: Connecting it to your CRM The workflow becomes: Customer inquiry → CRM → move to “Proposal Sent” → proposal generated → customer receives it No copying. No rewriting. No digging through old documents. no employee accidentally sending yesterday’s price to today’s customer just move the customer to the right stage The goal isn't to make your team work faster. It's to stop making them do work that a system can handle automatically) no pitching; just hope this helped)

@Jason Elam for sure, man, verifying and checking is crucial in this. I haven't mentioned this, but yeah, you need to allow sending only for proposals that are not empty. Also, always check before sending for security, but filling it with the data could take time; this saves 90% of proposal work
I build Prospect Research System, EASY to copy
most companies think finding new customers is expensive It isn't... the expensive part is using the same databases as everyone else. when you rely on platforms like Apollo, Clay, or ZoomInfo, you're reaching out to decision-makers who have already received hundreds of sales messages. they're harder to reach harder to engage and every logistics company is competing for the same attention. A better approach is to build your own prospect research system. For example: > searches Google Maps for logistics companies that match specific criteria (freight forwarders, trucking companies, 3PLs, warehouses, etc.) > finds the right decision-makers > collects publicly available contact information > tracks every company you've contacted so you never reach out twice The outcome: > find qualified prospects faster > reduce research costs by up to 10x compared to buying large databases > start conversations with companies that receive far fewer sales messages The biggest misconception in outbound? finding prospects isn't the hard part finding prospects that nobody else is contacting is if you found this useful, like this post)

@Wasilis Paliakoudis yeah, therefore I added a filter, which doesn’t allow adding duplicated companies

Guys, do you know where I can find agent-builder.md file for the skills section? In the Nate resources section, this doesn't exist.

I'll handle everything technical: from strategy and automation design to implementation Together, we can sell solutions ranging from $500 one-time projects to $15,000+/month retainers, depending on the client's needs If you're interested, send me a DM, and let's schedule a quick Zoom call to see if we're a good fit
How to Create a Brand Style in 30 Seconds
if you want to create a business identity (how this looks), to get more client attention and make more SALES, you can easily do this in just 30 seconds here is how to do that: 1. Find images on Pinterest of existing brand styles you like  e.g for a perfume brand, this could be Armani, Dior, Terre de Hermes 2. Send to AI this prompt to get a brand kit JSON (attach images) """ Extract the key branding elements from this brand & store them in a JSON "brand-kit" profile it shouldn't mention specific details about the brand, such as a name, how the bottle looks, how the packaging looks, what color scheme it follows, etc. the intention of this brand-kit profile is to be able to replicate this aesthetic/vibe for other products, it should store details such as product placement, lighting, texture, the packaging style & instructions on how to replicate it for any product, the creative type of shots that are possible (the JSON should specify to take inspiration from the shots & to not follow them directly 1:1) """ 3. With this JSON, you can generate your brand identity for your product. Reuse the JSON any time Example of prompt: """ Use this JSON to create a new brand of perfume called COMPANY_NAME """ + add more details about the target customer audience I hope this helped)
