@Lidia Axe brought a reframe to the Accelerator this month that I keep thinking about. She made the case that your free community is your lead magnet. The conversion does not happen after people leave it. It happens inside it, as they get closer to you, as they find other people going through the same thing, as they start to feel ready for the next step on their own. She called that moment graduation. And I think that word does something that the word conversion never does. It gives the person credit for getting themselves there.
