AI Review Reply delay
Is it possible to add a delay to the AI review reply? I believe at the moment the AI replies immediately once a review is brought into Climbo? With the new Google instant feature upcoming (assuming this is pub/sub subscription) then do we want reviews being replied to instantly also at any time of day? It would be great to add a custom delay in minutes to the AI reply feature and also operating hours so we can set to only reply Mon-Fri 9-5 with a 17 minute delay once the review is imported? Requested to add to roadmap as a feature just now

@Giacomo Chinellato Ok so i connected my GBP and left a test review. No reviews came in (due to sync times I imagine) so i reconnected my GBP and the review came in and AI reply went out instantly (or very soon afterwards) it seems. It 100% was not inside 4 hours as the GBP was only connected within the past hour. Not sure if there is a bug there but if a client does the same, would the AI reply to all reviews that are imported upon GBP reconnect?

FR: SEO Agent replies set to draft, email notify & human approval
Would anyone find this as a helpful feature? The SEO Agent would auto reply to any reviews but keep them in draft ready for human approval by the client. We can then let our clients feel the full effect of the AI replies without worrying that they will be weird and horrible etc, then once they review a couple manually they have the option to turn on full auto mode once they are satisified with the replies etc. Some client may want to always keep the auto replies set to draft so they can manually edit and approve so there should be email notifications ideally too for each reply generated ready for approval. To improve on that would be to have the review text and reply text in the email with a confirm link/button in the email for even easier/quicker approval by the client. Thoughts?
Post Categories - Add General Discussion & Feature Request
Could we have a "General Discussion" post category for posts that do not fit into the current post categories? Could we also have a "Feature Request" post category too for any feature requests

GEO Agent - manual articles
Hello, the GEO agent is great and i see some potential. I was wondering if we could have an option to add articles manually instead of relaying on AI generated content only. This could help for those clients that want to add a personal touch to article and can sit nicely along the automatic article generation

Great idea - and also have an API endpoint so we can write articles elsewhere, get client approval and auto post via automations
Agent Activity Feed
Is there a way to disable the feed for each day where nothing has happened such as no review or blog post created etc. At the moment if nothing happens or there is no review then I am seeing a red missing data error which does not look good to the end client. See screenshot It would be good that if nothing happened then nothing is shown or populated for those days. In my screenshot the top entry would then be the GEO Agent entry on 27 April 2026 and the 2x Social Agent entries showing errors are not shown?
