Added a New Form to my Architect skill.
https://github.com/RinDig/icm-architect Most AI tools try to understand your project by stuffing as much of it as they can into one chat. That is slow, expensive, and they still miss the thing that matters: if I change this, what else breaks? The new System map form walks a repo (or a notes folder) and writes a small catalog instead: - What the pieces are — in your words and in the code’s words (“Chat” is actually called Incubator) - What is real vs leftover vs fake — so nobody builds on a feature that only exists in an old doc - If you change X, what else moves — and what looks related but is the wrong thing You do not get a 40-page audit report. You get index-card pages. A later agent opens the catalog, one card, and the file it points at. That is it. Same idea as the rest of ICM: the folder is the map. A person can open it. An agent can walk it. Nobody has to hold the whole system in their head. Ask it to “map this repo”

@Jake Van Clief what’s the difference between “icm-architecture” and “Interpretable-Context-methodology” on your GitHub?
The Clief Notes AI is live 📣
It’s live. Starting today, everyone in Clief Notes has access to the new Clief Notes AI. The easiest way to use it? Don’t overthink it. Ask it the question you would normally ask me. “Where should I start?” “What should I focus on next?” “Where did you talk about [topic]?” It’ll use what’s already inside Clief Notes to help answer you and point you toward the right lesson or resource when there’s something worth going deeper on. The goal isn’t to give you another AI tool to play with. It’s to make everything already inside this community easier to actually use. If you want Access to it Comment "READY" and we'll send you access to it!

READY
Claude Instructions
Since I'm starting to use Claude Code to build and Cowork/Chat to think and do smaller tasks, what should i do with my global instructions and Instructions for Claude?

Thanks, @Titiya Ruangkwam! My challenge is that I use Claude for personal and business reasons.
🤯 Something in here has been broken for a while
Alright, here’s what we’ve been sitting on. We’re past 2,700 posts and 40+ lessons now. The number one thing we hear on Wednesday onboarding calls is some version of: “Where do I start?” “What should I do next?” “Did someone already answer this?” Fair. There’s a lot in here. So we’re bringing in an AI trained on the Clief Notes library. Every lesson. Every Afternoon Tea. Every High Tea drop. It actually knows what’s in here. 🧭 Tell it what you’re stuck on, and it points you toward the right lesson or drop. 🗺️ Tell it where you’re at, and it can help you figure out what to focus on instead of just telling everyone to “start at The Foundation.” 🔍 Ask it about something we’ve covered before, and it helps you find it without scrolling through months of content. And when we launch it, everyone gets access. More on that very soon.

🔥 I was building my own. Glad I no longer will need it.
Building an iOS app
Is there anyone else in this group using AI to build an app? If so, got any tips on folder structures and markdown files? I don’t know if what I’m currently doing is good ICM practice or if ICM is a good strategy for building with a code agent rather than doing things with multiple agents, as others in this group are doing.

@Marko Delgadillo Download "The Vault / Downloadable Assets" that George mentioned, AND when you load it into your project in Claude Desktop or chat, also ask it to install this as a skill: https://github.com/RinDig/icm-architect. After that, you can ask your AI whatever you want, and it will teach it to you. PS: You don't have to be a premium member to get and install the repo as a skill in Claude.
