Not going to lie, I’ve been a little MIA in here the past couple days 🤧 I didn’t go live yesterday because I’ve been fighting off being sick but I still wanted to show up and share what I have been doing to take care of myself! Nothing crazy or complicated just trying to take care of my body the best way in this situation! • Getting outside for a walk and soaking up some vitamin D ☀️ • Sleeping… a LOT😅 • Staying on top of my hydration (hydration sticks have been a lifesaver) • Drinking my essential amino acids to keep my body supported • eating even though nothings sounds great It’s a good reminder that taking care of yourself doesn’t always mean pushing harder… sometimes it means slowing down and giving your body what it actually needs. If you’re not feeling 100% right now too, don’t feel like you have to go all in just do what you can 💛 Checking in how is everyone feeling this week? What’s one thing you’re doing for yourself today?

Day 30 - CELEBRATION 🎊
It’s the LAST day of the Spring Reset… let’s gooo!!! You just did something most people won’t do!!! You showed up for 30 days straight. That’s not small. That’s discipline, that’s commitment, and that’s YOU proving to yourself what you’re capable of. I am so proud of every single one of you who stuck with it and stayed consistent. Seriously… take a second and let that sink in. Reflect on it. Be proud of it. You earned that. ALSO… we’re not done! We might take a short little breather, but we’re not losing momentum. This is just the beginning. We’re building on this, going deeper, and rising from there. Next challenge details are coming SO soon!!! We are building on this :) For now… celebrate!!! Do something you love this weekend. Get outside, enjoy the weather, move your body. Don’t drop the habit you just put in the work to build because this isn’t something you finished… it’s something you’re rooted in! You’re not just someone who did 30 days of work you’re someone who continues to put in the work! Now I want to hear it!!! What’s your biggest win from this challenge… and what’s next for you? 🌟 Rooted & Rising Spotlight 🌟
Today, I want to take a moment to recognize someone really special in our community @Lynne Williams and it’s even more meaningful because it’s her birthday today 🎉 Lynne has been showing up with so much consistency and intention. She’s been committed to getting her steps in and prioritizing movement for her body, and she’s been focusing on whole foods in such a grounded, sustainable way. Also consistent with our Sprinf Reset Challenge!!! But what stands out even more is who she is inside this space. She’s been openly sharing her recipes, encouraging others, and pouring into people when they need it most. She doesn’t just show up for herself she shows up for everyone around her. She has also made it a point to attend multiple in-person events, and every time she does, she brings such a light, calm, and uplifting presence to the community. She truly helps make this space feel like home for others. I don’t take this recognition lightly. You are seen, you are appreciated, and you are such an important part of what we are building here. Everyone, please help me celebrate Lynne let’s give her all the love for her birthday and for the way she continues to show up and inspire others. We are so lucky to have you in Rooted & Rising. 🤍

My feet hit the ground and I dont get a chance to relax till evening. Im confident I get my steps in .
Day 23 - Confidence
Growing up, I honestly don’t think I had much confidence at all. Like… barely any. I wanted people’s approval so bad. I didn’t really speak up, I didn’t stand up for myself and I don’t think I ever had the confidence to be fully me most the time. It’s crazy looking back now, because I’m not that same person anymore. Somewhere along the way fitness faith and wellness changed that for me. Not overnight, but slowly… through reps, consistency, and doing things I didn’t think I could actually stick to. I started proving to myself that I could follow through. That I could show up even when it was hard and no one was watching. That built confidence in me! Now I don’t really seek validation from people like I used to. I’m rooted in who I am my values, and honestly my relationship with God. I know who I am now and I’m confident in that. I think that’s what confidence really is… it’s not something you wait to feel. Its something you build by keeping promises to yourself over and over again. So after 23 days… I’m curious… are you feeling more confident?

Yes I am , thank you for you you've helped and encouraged me I was like that when Brady was growing up took care of us , then I lost myself and you've helped me to get back on track. Thank you love you.
