Sometimes it seems easier and faster to action a task yourself. This could be because the experience gained taught us how to handle the task or situation effectively. In the long term, we strive to make ourselves replaceable. In this way, we free ourselves to focus on scaling/growing our business. I like documenting, or having my thoughts dictated on audio. This helps me have it handy if I need to go back to my initial thoughts and reactions to a situation. In addition, I like to have a team member accompany me on tasks, so that I can explain my thought process and get their opinion on the situation. I don't currently have a team, but this is what I did with my team in my previous job.
