Your WINS of the day
This is one of the tools that have such an amazing effect on people's lives. To write down your wins of the day. To celebrate your valued actions, because it shows your brain what you care about, and that you celebrate that instead of trying to fix emotions and thoughts. Every day we're going to write down our three wins of the day. You can add pictures of the things. If you went to the gym, did a meditation, hung out with your friends, or worked on your business. Any win counts. Big or small. This is the first Wins of the Day post. Comment your three wins underneath.

@Nareh Nokhoudian thank you 💕
Why are the Wins of the Day so important for your life?
🏆 wins of the day This practice can literally change your life, and it’s such a huge tradition in our community because of that. Here is why it matters so much. 1. 🧠 it creates self worth When we focus on our wins of the day and we write them down, we focus on our success. When we focus on our success, we see ourselves as more successful. Over time, this creates self worth. 2. 🎯 it makes you take up territory in your life Focusing on those valued actions and celebrating them makes you want to do more of those valued actions, which is taking up territory in your life. During the day you’re reminded, through your focus, about the valued actions, which means you’re going to do even more valued actions because it’s in your focus. And then you write them down at night, or during the day, in your wins of the day in the community. 3. 🗺️ it takes territory away from the anxiety The more we focus on our valued actions, the more territory we take away from OCD, intrusive thoughts, panic attacks, agoraphobia, DPDR, health anxiety, and everything else. 4. 🫂 it’s a community practice We are learning how to engage in a positive way in a community that’s not about venting or a victim mindset, but about sharing our valued actions and the things we’re interested in and passionate about. We see other people’s passions and excitements, and it helps us see what other possibilities are out there and what other people are doing. 5. 💡 it makes you lighter, and lighter means more ideas The more we focus on the good, the better we see our lives, the lighter we are, the less resistance we have, and the more ideas we have. The more possibilities we see. More ideas for business, more possibilities out there. And because we are lighter, we have more energy and more courage to go for those opportunities. 🎥 I came across this video that show us why the wins of the day are so powerful. Eileen Gu and her inspiring mindset ✨
I don’t know if you already know her, you probably do, but Eileen Gu is an Olympic champion skier. She has won three Olympic gold medals, got into Stanford, and has had so many other accomplishments at only 22 years old. In an interview, she was asked how she manages to stay sharp under pressure, and her answer was what struck me the most and really inspired me. She basically said that you can control your thoughts and the way you think, and, to sum it up, you can control who you are. You can watch her interview here if you’re interested! https://youtube.com/shorts/-tbAaPXNeSg?is=gT325pryoIlLKQyJ

DPDR and Intrusive thoughts. Hosnia kept going for her tomorrow woman
I'm incredibly proud of our amazing member @Hosnia Qazi . She did exposure therapy, which didn't work for her, and tried so many things but never gave up. She joined our community a month ago and, even though she was suffering, brought a committed energy to the calls. Hosnia found the power of spending time outside of her head. Being present. How that gives the brain a different signal. She started practicing but... The brain didn't like it. Hosnia was not doing the safety compulsions inside of her head anymore. So the brain needed to get her attention: "Hosnia, I need you to listen," as the brain gave her more excessive thoughts. Things got worse. But Hosnia stayed resilient. Even though things got worse, she kept going. For her tomorrow woman. For her children. For her loved ones. For herself. The brain started to get the signal. 1 hour was different. Lighter. Less noise. 2 hours 3 hours! A day!! 2 days!!! Hosnia almost couldn't believe it. It's been a month. But now there's hope. And hope is so important to have. Hope to keep moving. There will still be ups and downs. But now she has developed a skill that is with her all her life. That improves her life. Hosnia, I'm proud of you! We are all proud of you! You did this! And here is something I want you all to notice. Hosnia showed up to the group coaching calls every single week. She's been adding her Wins of the Day consistently. And she applied the tools week by week. That is where a lot of this happened. Please don't read this as a comparison. Don't compare yourself with other people's results here. You don't know how long they have been practicing or what their week looks like. The only comparison that matters is you today against you before you started. Trust the process. Be coachable. Show up to the group coaching calls. And I want to say I'm so proud of so many of you. The valued actions you are doing. The territory you take up. The courage you have to move forward while accepting any emotions and thoughts.

My Gym Journey: Showing Up Despite Anxiety
Hey everyone! 🤍 I wanted to share a little bit of my experience with the community because I know there may be someone out there who is currently in the same position I was in. I hope sharing my story can help even one person take that first step! Before starting group coaching with Star, I avoided the gym because of my anxiety. The gym brought up a lot of thoughts, emotions and “what ifs” for me, and because of that, avoiding it felt like the easier option. Star encouraged me to go to the gym as it was something that aligned with my values. It was something I wanted to do and something I would choose to do if anxiety wasn’t making the decision for me. I had been avoiding the gym because of the thoughts and feelings that came up for me. Instead of waiting for those feelings to disappear, I made the decision to go anyway. And not just to any gym — I chose the bigger, busier gym that I would have chosen if anxiety wasn’t a factor. Was I scared? Absolutely. Was I anxious? 100%. But I went. During one of the first group calls with Star, we created a gym plan and schedule that I would follow. I committed to 3–4 gym sessions each week, with every session planned out. Whether it was leg day, back and biceps, or another workout, I knew exactly what exercises I was doing, along with the sets and reps. Having that plan gave me something to focus on when my brain was trying to convince me not to be there. And this became one of the biggest lessons for me. Something Star has always taught us. I didn’t have to get rid of the thoughts before I could take action. I didn’t have to feel confident before walking through the doors. I didn’t have to wait for anxiety to give me permission. I could feel anxious AND still do what mattered to me. When my brain would start throwing thoughts at me and try pull me into the anxiety, I’d basically say: “Cool… but we’re doing the leg press now.” 😂 And I’d continue with my workout. I didn’t need to argue with every thought or make the anxiety disappear. I just kept bringing my attention back to what I was there to do.
