A huge welcome to everyone who has joined! My name is Alane and I couldn't be more excited to build this health and fitness community with you. This is our space to connect, learn, and grow together. Hi xo, I’m Dana. I’ve recently become a Florida resident, but still spend my summers in NJ. Consistency is definitely a problem for me. I would say one of my many fitness goals is to be able to do 3-5 push ups. Currently I’m at zero.
