Why Breast Healing Affirmations Matter: Rewiring the Heart, Body & Spirit of a Woman
As women, we carry so much in our bodies—memories, messages, emotions, and spiritual truths. And for many of us, our breasts become a silent storage space for grief, shame, hormonal chaos, and unmet needs. That’s why affirmations aren’t fluff—they’re part of the sacred healing work we’re called to do when reclaiming our wellness. In my Touch Your Tattas program, we talk a lot about "breast wisdom." That’s the intuitive voice, the energetic language, and the emotional imprint stored in this deeply feminine part of the body. And one of the simplest yet most transformative tools I teach? 💬 Daily Breast Healing Affirmations. Let me explain why they matter so deeply—and how they support your journey to vibrant breast health, balanced hormones, and spiritual wholeness. 🧠 Your Thoughts Shape Your Physiology Here’s the science: your brain doesn’t fully know the difference between what’s real and what’s repeated. What you say over and over again—whether negative or positive—becomes your default belief system. When you speak life over your body, your nervous system begins to shift out of “fight or flight” and into “rest and repair.” That’s where healing happens. Cortisol lowers. Oxytocin rises. Inflammation drops. Hormones rebalance. 🌿 Affirmation Example:“I trust my body’s ability to heal and restore balance.” 🌸 Words Are Medicine Your voice is powerful. In Scripture, we’re reminded: “Death and life are in the power of the tongue.” – Proverbs 18:21 When you speak words of truth and love, especially over parts of your body you’ve ignored, judged, or feared, you begin the process of deep internal reconciliation. You’re not just saying pretty words—you’re: - Creating a safer environment for healing - Reshaping your self-perception - Inviting God’s peace and presence into your temple 🫰 Breast Tissue Stores Emotions Energetically, our breasts are connected to the heart chakra—love, forgiveness, intimacy, nurture. And yet many women have stored pain, rejection, or trauma in this area. We cover, numb, or forget.
💫 Holiday Letter from Wise Divine Women
As this year comes to a close, my heart is overflowing with gratitude. To every woman who listened to the Wise Divine Women Podcast, trusted me with her health through nutritional coaching, booked a thermography session, joined a program, or followed along quietly—thank you. This year has been nothing short of incredible because of *you*. 2025 was a year of accomplishment, refinement, and deep listening—to our bodies, our faith, and the wisdom God has placed within each of us. Together, we explored hormone balance, breast health, lymphatic support, functional nutrition, emotional healing, and what it truly means to care for the body as a sacred vessel. Watching women reconnect with their health, confidence, and intuition has been the greatest gift of all. I am so grateful for the conversations shared, the breakthroughs celebrated, the tears shed, and the courage shown. Your trust in me—your stories, your commitment, your willingness to grow—has shaped Wise Divine Women more than you know. ✨ As we look ahead to 2026… A new chapter is unfolding. The coming year will bring expanded Functional Nutrition services, deeper educational content, and more heart-centered offerings explicitly designed for women ages 40+. Expect more guidance around hormone resilience, metabolic and lymphatic health, breast health prevention, fasting and faith, and whole-body healing—rooted in science, spirit, and simplicity. There will be new programs, refined pathways, powerful podcast conversations, and supportive resources to help you not just heal—but thrive with clarity, peace, and purpose. Wise Divine Women is growing—but the heart remains the same: ✨ Spirit. Mind. Body. Nutrition. ✨ Education with compassion. ✨ Wisdom over overwhelm. As we enter this holy and hopeful season, my prayer is that you feel supported, encouraged, and reminded that your body is always speaking—and wisdom is always available. Thank you for being part of this journey. I can’t wait to walk into 2026 with you.

Unveiling the Truth about Cancer: Sylvie Beljanski's Journeyto Natural Healing
In the upcoming episode of the Wise Divine Woman podcast, host Dana Irvine welcomes Sylvie Beljanski, founder of the Beljanski Institute for Cancer Prevention. Sylvie's journey is a compelling narrative that intertwines personal loss, scientific discovery, and a relentless quest for healing. Join us as we delve into her extraordinary story and explore the potential of natural remedies in cancer treatment. Launch date Jan 5 2026 Check out the latest episodes Wise Divine Women Podcast The Catalyst of Change: Sylvie Beljanski's journey into the world of cancer prevention began unexpectedly. Growing up in a family of scientists, she initially resisted the path laid out before her. Her father, a prominent figure in molecular biology, developed natural products that showed promise in treating cancer. As a child, she witnessed the profound impact of her father's work when patients returned to their home, filled with gratitude after experiencing remarkable recoveries. However, Sylvie was determined to carve her own path in law, distancing herself from the emotional weight of her family’s legacy. A Shocking Turn of Events: Sylvie's perspective shifted dramatically when her father was arrested, along with her mother and other colleagues, by authorities intent on suppressing their groundbreaking research. The abrupt disruption of her family’s work ignited a fire within her. As a young legal associate in New York, Sylvie found herself thrust into a battle for justice, determined to save her father’s legacy and the potentially life-saving knowledge that was at risk of being lost. The Birth of the Beljanski Foundation: Faced with the reality of her family’s plight, Sylvie took action by launching the Beljanski Foundation to continue her father’s research. Partnering with American doctors, she aimed to validate the efficacy of the natural products her father had developed. One significant breakthrough came when Dr. Michael Schachter, a pioneer in integrative medicine, began using these products on his patients, leading to remarkable recoveries and paving the way for further research.
