AI Saved the Night. Let Me Tell You What Happened.
Last night I was at a Derby Day event for Live casino. Signature drinks. Flower wall. DJ. Photographer. Derby on the big screen. The whole setup was gorgeous. But the marketing dropped late. Which meant guests showed up casual. No fancy hats. No suits. No Derby Day energy. And my Roamer? Was getting rejected left and right. “I’m not dressed.” “I didn’t know.” “No thank you.” I pitched this client the AI add-on when we booked. They passed. So for the last hour, I turned it on anyway just to demonstrate what I knew was possible. The shift was immediate. Instead of “celebrate Derby Day, want a picture?” it became “don’t worry about your outfit, I’m putting you in full Derby Day attire right now.” People stopped. They looked. They laughed. They called their friends over. They came back for more. One woman walked up to me and said “Oh my God, thank you so much. That was so cute. That was so much fun.” What would she have gotten if I just took a regular photo? Nothing she would have remembered. This is exactly why I always pitch the AI upgrade. Not to add to the bill. Because it protects the experience when real life happens and real life always happens. Late marketing. Low turnout energy. Guests not dressed. Venue running behind. The AI does not care about any of that. It creates the moment anyway. If your clients are still saying no to the add-on, let them. Just make sure you know how to show them what they left on the table. Because they will see it eventually. Drop a fire emoji below if you’ve had a moment where the AI saved your event too.

AI Contractor Request
Good Afternoon, I'm looking to hire someone to build out our AI setups inside snappic. I do not own a photobooth business, but we offer it as a service to our clients. As mush as I would like to learn, I do not have the bandwith at the moment. I currenly will need 6 buildouts for this April. All 6 will have the same layout but a different branding partner. Please drop a message and we can schedule a call offline if you are interested.

Prompt
A hyper-realistic, ultra-high-resolution studio portrait of a [SUBJECT] with voluminous, textured long body wave hair, posing with a skeptical, slightly disgusted expression with one eyebrow raised and lips pursed. The subject is wearing a high-fashion, all-black ensemble consisting of a cropped jacket with a glossy crocodile-skin texture and a fitted leather corset top. In their raised right hand, they are holding a small, stylized 3D caricature doll of themselves by its hair; the doll has exaggerated animated features, large terrified eyes, a screaming open mouth, and wild hair, wearing a matching miniature black leather outfit. The lighting is professional cinematic studio quality, featuring a soft frontal key light to illuminate the face and strong rim lighting to create a halo effect on the curly hair, set against a solid, seamless dark charcoal background. The image style is sharp editorial photography, capturing minute details like skin pores, fabric grain, and hair strands, shot on an 85mm lens with deep depth of field, 8K fidelity, and neutral color grading.
