New AI Booth Idea: 2027 Luxury Real Estate Calendar Experience
Real estate agents, investors, brokerages, lenders, and networking groups are always looking for creative ways to stay memorable after an event. This is a powerful AI photo booth concept you can pitch to an upcoming networking event or real estate client: A premium 2027 full-year illustrated calendar poster where each guest becomes the main character in a luxury real estate lifestyle theme. Think: Polished business outfitsModern homesCity skyline sketchesOpen house signsKeys and contractsInvestment chartsCoffee meetingsLuxury networking energyA clean editorial watercolor look This is not just another photo booth picture. This is a branded keepsake guests can keep on their desk, in their office, or share online — and every time they look at it, they remember the host, the event, and the brand behind the experience. That is what makes this activation so valuable. For the client, it creates: Long-term brand visibilityA high-end networking experiencePersonalized guest engagementSocial-shareable contentA memorable giveawayA premium reason for people to stop, participate, and talk This would be a great pitch for: Real estate networking eventsBrokerage appreciation eventsLuxury open housesInvestor meetupsMortgage and title company mixersWomen in real estate eventsChamber of commerce eventsBusiness networking events Here’s how you could position it to a client: “Instead of giving your guests a standard photo, we can create a luxury AI calendar experience where each guest becomes the star of a polished real estate-inspired 2027 keepsake. It is elegant, branded, personal, and something they can use long after the event is over.” That is the difference between selling a photo booth and selling an experiential marketing activation. Also, I’ll be uploading an AI Networking Prompt Pack inside the Premium Lounge to help you create and pitch concepts like this for real estate events, business mixers, networking groups, and professional client activations. Use this idea as inspiration, but don’t just make pretty pictures.

this is pretty dope.
AI Saved the Night. Let Me Tell You What Happened.
Last night I was at a Derby Day event for Live casino. Signature drinks. Flower wall. DJ. Photographer. Derby on the big screen. The whole setup was gorgeous. But the marketing dropped late. Which meant guests showed up casual. No fancy hats. No suits. No Derby Day energy. And my Roamer? Was getting rejected left and right. “I’m not dressed.” “I didn’t know.” “No thank you.” I pitched this client the AI add-on when we booked. They passed. So for the last hour, I turned it on anyway just to demonstrate what I knew was possible. The shift was immediate. Instead of “celebrate Derby Day, want a picture?” it became “don’t worry about your outfit, I’m putting you in full Derby Day attire right now.” People stopped. They looked. They laughed. They called their friends over. They came back for more. One woman walked up to me and said “Oh my God, thank you so much. That was so cute. That was so much fun.” What would she have gotten if I just took a regular photo? Nothing she would have remembered. This is exactly why I always pitch the AI upgrade. Not to add to the bill. Because it protects the experience when real life happens and real life always happens. Late marketing. Low turnout energy. Guests not dressed. Venue running behind. The AI does not care about any of that. It creates the moment anyway. If your clients are still saying no to the add-on, let them. Just make sure you know how to show them what they left on the table. Because they will see it eventually. Drop a fire emoji below if you’ve had a moment where the AI saved your event too.

Community — I need a favor and I need you to move on it today.
I have been nominated for the 2026 MBL People's Choice Award. This is a public vote. That means it comes down to community. And this community has shown up for me in more ways than I can count. If Coach Sharone's content, coaching, or community has ever helped you book a client, raise your rates, build your systems, or shift your mindset about what is possible in this business — go vote. It takes less than a minute. You can vote every single day through March 28th. [Voting link] Drop a comment when you vote. Let me see my people show up. This is what we do.

AI Contractor Request
Good Afternoon, I'm looking to hire someone to build out our AI setups inside snappic. I do not own a photobooth business, but we offer it as a service to our clients. As mush as I would like to learn, I do not have the bandwith at the moment. I currenly will need 6 buildouts for this April. All 6 will have the same layout but a different branding partner. Please drop a message and we can schedule a call offline if you are interested.
