Sleep.
I want to talk about the thing most men in this community are not taking seriously enough. Sleep. Not your training. Not your diet. Sleep. I used to have sleep apnea. I was overweight, stressed, and running on fumes. I thought that was just what life felt like after 40. I was wrong. It was what poor recovery felt like, and I was doing it to myself. Here's what I do now. Eyes covered. Mouth taped. Phone down well before I get into bed. I look like a monster, and I wake up recovered. That's the trade I'll take every single time. After 40, your body does not recover the way it used to. That is not negotiable. What you can control is how seriously you protect the window where recovery actually happens. No supplement, no training program, no diet is going to outwork broken sleep. I don't care how perfect your sessions are. If you're sleeping five hours, waking up in the night, or going to bed with your brain still running, you are undermining everything else you're doing. Bad night's sleep? I still go to the gym. But I pull back on the gas. I don't beat myself up about it. I do what I can and I protect tomorrow's sleep even harder. That's the discipline most men ignore. And it's costing them more than they realise. How many hours are you actually sleeping, and is recovery something you're treating as seriously as your training? Drop it below. 👇

I have a sleep routine. Including low light and no screens. And I fall asleep like a baby no matter what.
What does cardio actually look like in your routine right now?
Let me ask you guys something directly. What does cardio actually look like in your routine right now? I get this question constantly and my honest answer is, it depends entirely on where you are and what you're trying to do. For me personally, I don't do a lot of traditional cardio. The way I train, shorter rest periods, higher reps, moving through the session with intention, my heart rate stays elevated through the whole workout. That's my cardio. It works for me. But I'm not you. If you're carrying extra weight, cardio has a role, but not mindless flat treadmill walking. You need incline. You need a real protocol paired with your diet. Walking on a flat belt for 20 minutes isn't moving the needle. If heart health is your concern, that's a different conversation entirely. Cardiovascular conditioning for longevity looks different from cardio for fat loss. Both matter. Neither is optional. And if you're trying to build muscle and you're a hard gainer, be careful. Too much cardio eats into recovery and you'll wonder why the gains aren't coming. There's no cookie cutter answer here. That's the whole point. You are built different from the next guy. What works for one man may work against another. What does cardio look like in your routine right now, and do you feel like it's actually serving your goals or just something you feel like you're supposed to do? Drop it below. 👇

130bpm steady state 30 mins. I'm not looking to run a marathon.
Your bloodwork.
Let me talk to you guys about something most men over 40 are ignoring. Your bloodwork. You can train perfectly. You can eat clean. You can sleep eight hours. And if your hormones are working against you, your testosterone is low, your estradiol is elevated, your cortisol is chronically high, you are swimming upstream every single session. I see it in this community constantly. Men doing everything right and wondering why the results aren't coming. Half the time it's not the program. It's what's happening inside. After 40, your hormones don't maintain themselves. They need attention the same way your training does. Getting a proper workup, not a basic check from your GP, but a real functional medicine evaluation that looks at the full picture, is one of the highest leverage things you can do for your health and your physique right now. I know this because I've been through it. I know what it feels like to be on the wrong side of your hormones and I know what it feels like when things are dialled in. The difference is not subtle. Get your bloodwork done. Know your numbers. Stop guessing. When was the last time you had a full blood panel done, and do you actually know what your testosterone and estradiol levels are? Drop it below. 👇

Ok thanks getting it done
I want to hear from you directly.
Not about your program. Not about your numbers. About the moment things started to shift. There's always a moment. The morning you looked in the mirror and made a decision. The session where something clicked. The week you realised you were actually consistent for the first time in years. That moment is worth sharing, because somewhere in this community right now there's a man who hasn't had his yet. And reading yours might be the thing that gets him there. This brotherhood grows when we're honest with each other. The wins, the setbacks, the turning points. What was the moment things started to change for you, and what did it feel like when you knew you were back? Drop it below. 👇

250 years. Today TEMPERED™️ opens to you first.
Two hundred fifty years ago today, a group of men put their names on a page and decided they would build the thing themselves rather than have it handed to them. What came after did not go easy on it. Pressure, setbacks, hard decades. All of it tempered the thing into something that could last. That word is not an accident. Tempering is what you do to steel. You heat it, you stress it, and it comes back harder and far tougher to break. It is the whole idea behind how we train in here, and it is the reason this line is called TEMPERED™️. So here is the timing. On the day the country turns 250, TEMPERED™️ goes live, and Premier members get it before anyone else. Not the wider community yet. Not the public. You. You earned the first look because you are the ones who actually put in the work. Seven products, professional strength, made through a practitioner channel most brands cannot touch. Formulated to be taken consistently over the long haul, the same way we train. No hype on the label. Just what works. Right now this is Premier only. The rest of the community comes next, then the public. Get your order in before the crowd shows up and be the guy who was already using it.
