The video is very high quality but I have been told the only thing that matters is posting on time and posting enough videos.

Backhand tips?
I’ve been trying to work on making my backhand feel more connected but everything just seems off. Does anyone have any tips that could help? Thanks!

Sometimes you just have to hit the ball as hard as you can without worrying about it going on
Been working on my forehand lately
I still feel like I’m using too much arm instead of my body. Any tips or drills that helped you?

A drill you can do is to set a timer for 15 minutes and play the single rally as long as you can without missing into the timer goes off. The idea is if you struggle with using all arm on your forehand, you can create a set of conditions where your arms are completely cooked. Then you will have no option but to swing with your entire body. I also recommend doing a strength hypertrophy workout for arms, shoulders, and back. Lift until failure. With your legs and core fresh, that is another way to create the condition where you have no arms to arm the ball with.
Racket Recommendations
I have had my Wilson N-Code forever. Can anyone recommend a current racket that I can test that will work for someone getting back into it? Or should I just testing what I have and work with that. Any thoughts are welcome. Thank you.

The Shift is sweet and very on sale. Otherwise I recommend the most powerful, oversized racket you can find and put some soft multifilament in there.
Hitting vs Game Mentality
I’m sure everyone’s dealt with your game declining once you start playing a set, how do yall deal with locking in for actual games?

One thing I’m doing is to start my sets as a pusher. It’s important to settle in and take inventory of what tools you have and don’t have for the day, while at the same time not giving away points. Another thing is the real match starts when someone starts getting tired, and how they deal with not having legs is when your true identity as a player is revealed. Making lots of balls will then let you feel confident enough to start going for your shots.
