Hey everyone. I genuinely never thought I'd be able to make a post like this, yet here I am. I tried starting my own web design agency over a YEAR AGO, and I just signed my first client last week. It wasn't a massive payment or anything, but to be honest that's really not the part I was focusing on. Hey everyone, i haven't posted here in a bit, but I have an update on my agency and would love some advice going into it. If you do not already know, I have really been struggling to sign my first client, and I've been trying for quite some time now. I have booked to meet a cafe owner next week, and have a chat about how we could work together. This deal is initially about building them a website, and I may try incorporate some ai workflows into their business later. Hi everyone. I was hoping to get some opinions on the type of outreach such as "do you do roof repairs" I think it can help to get companies to reply to you, however isn't the best at converting them into clients. Any replies would be greatly appreciated.
