New update on my agency, Would love some advice!

Hey everyone, i haven't posted here in a bit, but I have an update on my agency and would love some advice going into it. If you do not already know, I have really been struggling to sign my first client, and I've been trying for quite some time now. I have booked to meet a cafe owner next week, and have a chat about how we could work together. This deal is initially about building them a website, and I may try incorporate some ai workflows into their business later. I'm pretty nervous for this meeting so any tips or advice anyone may have would be greatly appreciated, Dan
