I am a Taurus ♉️💚 and this really resonated with me @Alisia B and this really spoke to me. I really like that reminder to slow down and actually be present with what’s here instead of always thinking about what’s next. The bit about self worth and what we allow ourselves to receive also stood out. There’s something really grounding about Taurus energy, just trusting things a bit more and not forcing everything. Definitely something I needed to hear today 😊💛

Breathwork does not need to be complicated. It is simply about using your breath with more awareness. When life feels busy or overwhelming, slowing your breathing can help your body and mind settle, even in just a minute or two. 👉 Try this: inhale for 4 seconds, hold for 2, exhale for 6. @Alisia B I'm trying to be more consistent with my breathwork practice. I also find it is such a strong way to regulate my mental & physical state day to day. Will keep it up! 💛
