Start my podcast
I really want to intensify my YouTube channel and start my podcast but it feels overwhelming and requires a lot of time. Not gonna lie, I’m looking for some low hanging fruits and easy approach that keeps the content coming.

@Bonnie Scorey - Batch recording is recording multiple videos in sitting. Meaning in stead of recording one video today, you record 2 or 3 (or more!) in a certain timeframe. Does that make sense?

I agree with @Andrew Tucker! You got this, @Liz Ayanwale! Here's what you can do: 1. Define your niche (who is your podcast for?) 2. Choice a topic you know 3. Decide a title (an outlier title that a creator with few followers has used and the views exceed the creator's subscriber count; for example, a subscriber with 500 subscribers creates a video that gets 11,000 views; that would be an outlier title; use a title that uses the same format as the outlier title, but customize it to your niche) 4. Record the video (8 minutes minimum if possible) 5. Create your thumbnail (it should enhance the title; use 3 - 5 words to create curiosity or evoke emotion) 6. Edit the video (I use the free version of CapCut or Microsoft Clip Champ) 7. Upload 8. Review the analytics (impressions, click thru rate, and engagement (retention) 9. Repeat weekly (at least one video a week) Hope this helps!

Has anyone created a free course?
I watched Omar's video the other day where he talked about someone he knows creating a free 6 hour course and how successful the course was. Has anyone tried it? I've created a course, I have zero followers etc. So I'm cautiously thinking about it, as it took a long time to create...

@Sharon Kelly - I am launching a course now for the second time with the hopes of earning more sales. Two people signed up last year when I launched it, so hopefully that number grows. Keep going!
