Looking for my First Flip

Hey everyone, my name is Min. I’ve recently started getting more involved in real estate investing and I’m currently looking for a good entry-level flip opportunity. @Honey Fender 100%! That’s a good spot to be in. No matter what price you’re at I feel like people say it’s not a good deal. So that’s good! And the awesome part is you get to learn why it is or isn’t then give the seller the feedback and work with them to come up with a new strategy to sell it or to lower the price. 🙌🙌 Your job is to be the middle man and keep the communication clear and calm. So you polish off what each side says so they don’t get mad at eachother while they disagree on if it’s a good deal or not and keep inching each side up and down until both are happy with the results 🙌
