Therefore 🥁🥁🥁🥁🥁🥁 I am about to share with you the ultimate growth system that is specifically designed for coaches building their coaching business... regardless of where you are right now🔥 The system contains the whole process of growth (from idea to fully booked coach), with step by step actions that you should take (so you will never feel lost or overwhelmed, thinking what you should be doing next). I am seeing so many business coaches/mentors out there giving their SECRET STRATEGY that made them over $10k or even $100k+. Please don't waste your money on that! Why? Here's the logic👇🏼 Business growth happens in phases Every phase is a process And to be able to follow the process, you need a system in place A strategy is a part, one element, of the system. When you buy a strategy, you don't have the guarantee that that specific one will work for you, because that strategy is made to work for a specific phase of growth And if you are in a completely different phase, then it won't work for you for sure. PLUS A strategy has an expiry date, especially in our day and age where everything changes so fast because of the AI growth. For example the "case study" strategy to get 1:1 clients. I've seen so many advising new coaches to use the most powerful "case study" they have to get new leads - just present where your client was, how you worked with them, the process they went through, and the amazing results they got so that others understand what is possible by working with you. But, what if you don't have a powerful "case study" like this? The whole strategy goes out the window (and I really don't agree with the term " case study " - because a case study implies that is free work, and that client paid you to get them results, not to experiment with your coaching on them) Usually, those who sell a strategy now used it at the point where it was the most effective, and most probably many others at the top used that strategy, and now it is not that effective anymore. So please don't focus on getting strategies, but focus on building systems for the growth phase where you are at now. Also, to make the most of it, you should have a general (macro) system and specific (micro) systems. When we do the hard work to grow our coaching business, especially during the first months, it's like we have to accept that overwhelm, anxiety, stress, confusion etc. will be our constant feelings and we just have to get over it so we can do some more work. But, is this the right way of doing things? The reason why we experience this is because... we have no experience We don't really know what we should be doing exactly to get those clients in faster, so we tend to do everything, listen to all successful coaches out there and use all the tactics they give away for free... only to find ourselves in the same position and no real clients... And we work work and work some more... start worrying because we have to pay bills... not allowing ourselves to take a break because this is not the time for that... and anyway, you will spend this time off worrying some more... And voila - overwhelm, anxiety, stress, confusion are born And then things spiral down, we don't find many solutions to our problems, but we keep our hopes and dreams and keep going. The only thing that will fix this is rest... actually stepping away from everything I know you might say - no, what could help me so much would be a plan or strategy - but trust me, with a fried mindset you won't be able to execute anything and you will keep making mistakes. Therefore, I know how much we all have on our plate.... but prioritise rest and sleep. You need your mind to function at high capacity - and your mind loves sleep. Instead of forcing yourself into another hour of grinding, give yourself an extra hour of sleep, and then those working hours will be so much more productive, and you will be able to spot more opportunities, be creative, come up with solutions, be positive and less anxious.... all the good stuff that builds your business. The coaching industry needs AI, but what kind of AI and how much of it? We have AI tools, systems, automations - everything is out there now, and everything is confusing now. I am writing this post as a debate because I really want to know your opinion about AI and coaching. In my opinion AI is great and needed for our coaching business... BUT... there is a thin line that can make or break the growth of our business. What do I mean by that? I see AI as a potential danger when used heavily, especially as an automation tool. Coaching by nature is about human connection, interacting with others and building relationships. If our content is AI made and automated, the true human connection disappears. If our customer support is an AI agent who doesn't really get the experience of our clients, the trust goes out the window. If we automate and AI big part of our coaching business, we are making it hard for our clients to get to us, another human being... and that destroys trust. I spoke with so many people who hate it when they have a problem and they can't reach another human being to discuss the problem and get some help - they hate it because AI give generic answers and irrational help. Now, on the flip side (not to be all negative here) AI can be our great partner in business. I am using AI to speed up things probably every day. This is how I am using it: - Brainstorming - Creating resources - Creating the visuals for my presentation - Structuring presentation - Analysing my thought process But with all of these, the information that goes in there comes from me - AI only helps me speed up the creation process and make things look pretty (I am so bad at creating beautiful visuals 👀 Therefore, I believe that we need AI to help us speed up some processes in our work, but too much automation can disrupt human connection... and in our coaching world, this is the most valuable asset.
