If You Want More Free Time & Less Overwhelm
You have to have this principle clear in your mind and to actually follow through: Business growth happens in phases regardless of how much faster you want to move! I know... I keep repeating this BUT this is the most important principle you MUST accept The reason why we feel busy all day long, and get overwhelmed is because there is so much information out there about the million things we should be doing to grow... but none of them follow a process Listening to all advice out there and trying to implement it in your business is like you want to build a 3 level mansion but all you do is buy the building materials and then put them together one on top of eachother... In the end you have something build but it won't look like a mansion at all. You spend money, time, and effort building something that might look like the idea you have in your mind. Instead, if you understand the growth (or building) process you know what tools and materials to use at the right time, and how to.put them together... so in the end you will have the end result look like the idea you have in your mind. BUT Knowing is not enough... what will make your idea reality is ACTION & FOCUS 🔹️Action: doing the right things at the right time 🔹️Focus: doing only the things that match the phase you are at now (and eliminating everything else) This is not a lesson but a reminder to you... because most often we need a lot more to be reminded about the things we should do rather then taught new stuff. And if you are ready to learn about the phases of business growth then go in the classroom and follow through. Starting from next Thursday I will upload weekly in depth training for each phase. For now, let me know in the comments where are stuck or struggling and let's get that fixed🔥

What Does Business Growth Even Mean?😳🙄
This is a real question though... We all speak about business growth... but... what does it actually mean to you? When you say that you want to grow your business, do you mean: - more clients - more money - more staff members - more traffic - more conversations - sell your service in more countries - etc. etc. etc. - Why am I asking this? Because just like everyone else, we learn terms from people ahead of us, we get used with these terms, and then we are using them without even being clear on what we are doing... and we struggle to track our progress and results. For example, if for me, someone who just started 2 months ago, my definition of business growth = revenue, and that's what I am tracking only.... then I will be extremely disappointed when I don't see my bank account growing... and completely disregarding the fact that I have 20 new members in my community, which one day can all become paying members (which is still part of business growth). What is your view on this "business growth" term?

Here is my view. I know that those up there and a lot more experience tell us that ultimately business growth=profitability. BUT Like I just said in the post, if all that I'm tracking is revenue & profitability, would that not lead me to disappointment if one month revenue is not going up, but I gained the attention of 100 people who can become my clients in 2 or 3 months? Also, this is an extreme situation, but if the revenue & profitability go up, but internally the operations are really struggling- for example because of the high volume of clients, you can't fulfil the promise, and you start having unhappy clients... tracking revenue for a few months, does it really show business growth, or by looking at these aspects you can see that your business is heading fast towards a disaster? I believe that growth needs to happen before we see those results, or to put it differently profitability is the result of growth... and for that to happen, we can look at other metrics to see if we are on the right track (new members, engagement, quality of service delivery, feedback, etc.)
I have something to share with you🎉
And I am so excited 😁 If you are following what I share here, you probably understand that my "philosophy" around business growth is to stop chasing strategies, instead build a system with a clear process, and then create strategies that fit the steps in that process. Therefore 🥁🥁🥁🥁🥁🥁 I am about to share with you the ultimate growth system that is specifically designed for coaches building their coaching business... regardless of where you are right now🔥 The system contains the whole process of growth (from idea to fully booked coach), with step by step actions that you should take (so you will never feel lost or overwhelmed, thinking what you should be doing next). In the attached photo, you can see the big picture of the system. It's still a work in progress, but it's so close to the final version. It will come with in-depth videos that explain the "how to" part and tracking tools, and much more. What do you guys think about this? Would you find it useful to have a complete system for your business?

@Aimee Jardon oh this is such a valuable insight! thank you again for sharing this! I came to the same conclusion for myself, that with a clear system to follow everything else makes much more sense, and as long as I know why I am doing things, it becomes much easier to execute as well.

@Daisy Johnson The first part of it will come out next week, and I believe that it will apply to your case as well. You as well will have full access as a premium member✨ There will be recorded videos for each step showing you how to implement, and weekly calls for support and feedback.
New Coach - No Clients -> How to solve this problem
I'll be straight forward on this. Most of us (yes me included) build our business because we found a solution to our problem and we thought that the world needs this solution. But, most of the time this is the wrong way to start a business. Just because we have a solution to a problem it doesn't mean that people wants it... especially from us. What we should've done right from the start is to ask people if they want and need our idea... and build on that. So, if you are a new coach, you built you service based on your idea BUT you haven't validated your idea yet... and you struggle to get clients... then do this👇🏼 MARKET RESEARCH It's not too late and it has many more benefits: 1. You understand what your ideal client wants and needs 2. You get clear on how to develop your program 3. You get super clear on how to position your product and message 4. You get a ton of content ideas How to do market research? Go in groups where ideal client is and ask them to help you with market research - simple and direct. Don't try to make fancy posts, and ask them to describe their pain in the comments section. That asks too much energy from them, and it asks them to be vulnerable, talking about their struggles in front of strangers. Instead, ask them if their are willing to help you with market research and jump on a 10 minutes interview call. And, as a thank you gift you can offer them a 1:1 coaching session (this is the thank you gift + hands on work for you + getting some leads on) -> but do not mention the gift in your post because it will come across as a hidden trap to get them on your program. Just be direct and honest and do market research. Will you do this? What's your opinion on this?

What do you need now for your business?
We are all working hard to take our business to the next step... and if you are like me, probably most of the time think "ah, only if I had X resource to help me with [...]" So, I want to ask you lovely people: what are you working on now, and what is that 1 thing that could remove any stress and uncertainty from your work? Is it a strategy, a complete business plan, just some tools, maybe an external opinion on your work for validation... Drop it in the comments and let's support each other🔥
