Volleyballs For Rough Surfaces
What volleyballs do you recommend to use on cement or asphalt? It could be really helpful if you write the specific brand and model.
Biking and Vertical Jump Progress
I travel on my bicycle for 1-2 hours almost every day. I'd like to know if I could take advantage of that to improve my jumping performance (my vertical jump height precisely). If it's possible, what are the main aspects (technique, posture, cadence, power, etc.) or exercises that I can apply? Pd: I've found this article related to my question; however, there is not much information or focus on the cycling exercises they used (low intensity, it's basically the opposite to plyometrics, isn't it?).

@Jorman Ricardo Hola Jorman: Comparto tu posición.

@Elijah Schell Hi Elijah (nice name): I know many self taught volleyball players around my zone. You have one of the most important things to improve quickly, don't surrender! I didn't know that condition by its name (tunnel vision). Fron my experience, this turned more powerless while I trained my mental strength before the match. I wish you the best.
Shoulder pain
Shoulder pain is probably something most of us experienced at this point, for me it has been a big Problem in the past and just started to return. I often have trouble hitting the Balls hard then and only after some time it Starts to resolve during playing only to Return again after i stopped. It most likely is due to an incorrect technique and a too short warm up in this area. I often stand beside a Wall and try to train the right way of hitting the ball as it should be straight from above and not from the side, which would probably cause the pain. Do some of you have good warmup routine for that shoulder area or other exercises? Any tips help!

I've had shoulder pain due to bad spiking technice. From my experience, external rotation strengthening is really efective; however, you have to be consistent in training that. I'll send the main routine that I've used. I hope it helps if you don't have any pathology.

Ankle pain

Besides strenghtening (calf raises and reverse calf raises), you could try to train your range of motion in your ankles. Here is an example (the band exercice was effective on me. walk with bent ankles helped with my rehabilitation too): https://www.youtube.com/shorts/28cL9EZaHqc https://www.youtube.com/shorts/Jieor1rMytY
