I travel on my bicycle for 1-2 hours almost every day. I'd like to know if I could take advantage of that to improve my jumping performance (my vertical jump height precisely). If it's possible, what are the main aspects (technique, posture, cadence, power, etc.) or exercises that I can apply?
Pd: I've found this article related to my question; however, there is not much information or focus on the cycling exercises they used (low intensity, it's basically the opposite to plyometrics, isn't it?).
