Mom is currently in surgery for her 3rd knee replacement, and Dad decided to go to a meeting last night and end up in the ER himself so it’s a great night/day in Minneapolis.

This morning I over slept, was agitated with this time change and then I paused...chose to change my energy because that's not what we flowing in today. I chose to change the flow of my energy and it feels good. Today was waking to late but other days it is something else, but we have the power to choose the energy we flow in day to day. When your world is in chaos, take a moment to pause, breathe, shift and move forward in the energy you choose. Be your own safe space💛💚💛
