I hade a dream right before my Ebo. It was of bunch of bright colored birds that looked like baby parrots. The nest was on the ground and it was made out of an old crate lined with straw. Each time I would walk past them they would squawk at me because they wanted to eat. Thoughts?

Mom is currently in surgery for her 3rd knee replacement, and Dad decided to go to a meeting last night and end up in the ER himself so it’s a great night/day in Minneapolis.

This morning I over slept, was agitated with this time change and then I paused...chose to change my energy because that's not what we flowing in today. I chose to change the flow of my energy and it feels good. Today was waking to late but other days it is something else, but we have the power to choose the energy we flow in day to day.
