Welcome to the Union. Your Presence Protocol Starts Here. πŸ•ŠοΈ
Welcome Creators <3 <3 By joining The Legacy Union, you’ve officially stepped out of the "Mind-Prison" and into the work of building a multi-generational legacy. Robyn and Mark here. We don’t believe in "coaching"β€”we believe in Frequency. If your home is a sanctuary, your business and your lineage will flourish. If you are ruminating, you are retreating. Step 1: Access our "Presence Protocol" inside the Classroom Section --> Head over to the Classroom tab right now and watch the "Foundation" video. This is the exact somatic shift Robyn uses to move from fear to God-centered creation. Step 2: Experience the Sound of SoulProv. --> Listen to Mark’s track, "Slowly Drifting Closer," located in the classroom. This isn't music; it’s a tool to recalibrate your nervous system. Play it in your home today. Step 3: Introduce Your Legacy Comment below with: 1. One thing you are currently "ruminating" on (Let’s dissolve it). 2. The legacy you want your children to inherit. (If you don't have children please speak on what 'mark' you'd like your life to benefit those living after you on Earth)

I'm ruminating on my ruminations...they are like pretty marbles I turn over in my hand and admire... hold to the light, place them down, pick up another one...a collection. Which one to persue? The idea is beautiful, follow through is messy, it involves work, doing, my mind tells me it's complicated, I'm tired and overwhelmed before I even begin. My ruminations - choosing recipes for salves to make and sell; doing my taxes, reports to write, house to clean, belongings to purge Legacy- empower people to care in different ways for themselves, beyond and alongside the western medical model, offer alternative approaches to healing, attract youth to the field of Oriental medicine
Soulsound
If you had to describe the sound of wind chimes to a deaf person in one word what word are you using?

Grief and Praise
Hey! I found this talk by Martin Prechtel amazing. This is part one of three. All are so good. So many truths. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=71E2S-0Dxb4
trailer for ME, a movie which reminded me a lot of iboga
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CUx83jsAD9E warning: intense! with that said, make sure, watch on a full screen, with headphone, without distraction. I saw it on a big screen last year during its limited theatrical run and it really blew me away, the end especially.

book suggestion: UNSHRUNK by Laura Delano
https://www.lauradelano.com/book/unshrunk as it happens, I know Laura. but I still wouldn't say good things about this book if I hadn't read it. it gets my highest recommendation, not given lightly. you may say, "oh, but I haven't gone through forced psychiatry, I haven't gotten put on psych meds or tapered off them..." sure. but the memoir has so much more going on than that. it has to do with self-reliance, faith in yourself, forgiving yourself. if the specifics of her life story do include the above experience with meds and psychiatry, all the better, but you can still learn a lot and get inspired regardless.

Ria, thanks for the recommendation! Definitely up my alley. I won't say I am going to actually read it at this point... there's a collection of titles that just keeps growing. Just knowing this book exists makes me happyπŸ˜πŸ¦‹
