Birthday month poll
@Nadene Canning and myself both have our birthdays in January, we're both Capricorns. It would be fun to know some of our birthdays, and if you know it, your Zodiac sign. The poll didn't let me add 12 options, so I had to group 2 months together. If you like, add your exact birthdate and zodiac sign in the comments ;-)

Collaborating Challenge and Skill Builder session
Hello Community, We're back with COLLABORATING the 4th dimension to our reverse-engineering challenge. 👉 Here is the Google spreadsheet to add your reflections about the real client outcomes* that would benefit the organization by putting in place the 'COLLABORATION' dimension. *Think about client needs and pain points when adding your reflections 💥Next week on Tuesday January 13th, 12.30pm we'll welcome you for our first SKILL BUILDER of the year, to discuss a competency within Collaboration. Looking forward to your thoughts and reflections around collaboration. Warmly 🌞 Nadene (and Sarah)

Very interesting conversation about how Inclusive Mindset and Mobilization Skills are intertwined. Thank you @Lisa Minotti for the discussion and @Nadene Canning for creating and curating the space for it.
Liberating Structures - Unconventional Practices for Creativity and Inclusion
In many organizations, we still look at collaboration, learning and leadership as controlling practices. These hinder creativity and inclusion. Liberating Structures offers an alternative approach that is simple and easy to learn. It is a collection of 33 practical methods that foster engagement, creativity and trust. With the description and step-by-step guide to all 33 methods, the LS website has additional sources and links to LS communities of practice. All the contents are free. https://www.liberatingstructures.com/

@Erhovwo Josiah I'm glad you like it. As @Nadene Canning mentioned, you can find a conversational structure within LS that fits your purpose. What I also find useful is to allow participants to reflect on the process. Many of them started to use LS during their business meetings.

And whether it's the same dish every year ;-) For me, my dad will make a lamb roast this year and I'm celebrating in Bern, Switzerland, where I was born and raised. And our meal varies each year.
