@Rafal Glaz Based on this, I’ve added layers to make the output feel more human while keeping the logical, operator-style clarity. That includes subtle rhythm variation, micro-story grounding, and softer transitions so it reads less “structured” and more experienced. The goal isn’t to turn it into storytelling content, but to remove the mechanical feel without losing precision. I’m continuing to refine that balance, and feedback like yours is exactly what drives those improvements.

@Catherine Eadie That’s a fair point, and I agree Apollo does provide enrichment features. My comment was more from a campaign-execution perspective than a feature comparison. In real outreach projects, when we pull 100 decision-maker contacts from Apollo, we usually find around 35–40% are either outdated, wrong role, or simply not reachable anymore. So while the data is “enriched” technically, it’s not always “usable” at campaign level. What I like about Clay is the multi-source approach — instead of trusting one database, it cross-checks across multiple providers and live signals. That extra layer reduces dead contacts and improves confidence before outreach. Apollo is still a good tool for scale and speed. I just find Clay more reliable when the goal is accuracy, intent and conversion. I usually layer Clay with Sales Navigator to capture intent signals like job changes, hiring activity, growth indicators, and buying-committee movement before finalizing outreach lists.
